The more context you share, the more pointed and actionable your feedback will be. It’s completely fine if your resume feels “messy” or unfinished — that’s what this review is for.
What to upload
Upload your current resume — it does not need to be perfect.

PDF or Word is preferred. If you have multiple versions, choose the one you use most often today.
You can also include:
  • Target roles, industries, or job descriptions you’re aiming for
  • Any concerns (gaps, pivots, layoffs, career changes)
  • Specific questions you want answered in your review
This information stays between us and is only used to provide you with a more honest, recruiter-informed review.
